has anybody had problems with there fuel pump ma car doesnt want to start but the fuel pump is good

how do u know ur not getting power?
u are checking w/ a multimeter? or guessing?
is the fuse good? (engine bay for s13, kick panel driverside for s14) 10amp fuse
how do u know the pump is good? did you try w/ another one?

yes i checked it with a multimeter
and i know the fuel pump is good cuz i raned it direct from the battery to the pump

u check the fuses? the wiring to the pump??
when u checked w/ multimeter, what were u getting?

ok one of them was getting 12 something and the balck and green was was getting no power thats the one that goes to the red plug in the pump

Hey man, did you check the fuse under the hood yet?
you may have already checked - but did you check the fuel filter already?
you said that you got 12V for the prime. I haven't checked on my 240, but on my ford there was a sequence for the start(for the pump)... prime to start the pump and then a constant power or something like that.... i'm sure someone here knows more about that. maybe that is out of wack or something.
