I got it into a nice looking grey color...I'm still working on the silver though, it's a hard color to do.
I'm thinking if you show me the silver that you want I can do it...otherwise this grey color will have to do. I don't have a server for the pic, or I'd post it.

Just to alert everyone that wants photochopped pics. With Rims it is a whole lot better and easier to post pics of rims on a car. If you post one where they ae just sitting there it makes it worse, and the picture looks worse. One reason is because there are usually no brakes behind the rim so it looks bad. Also it helps to have a little bit of tire so it is easier to blend it with the other tire.

Actually, I took the wheels off www.z32.com (under My Z32) 'cause the ones posted weren't at the greatest angle. I don't know if it's the same wheel or not, but it looks just about the same

Dude...you're the shit Where did you learn how to do that stuff?? Have any tutorials??

I've been using photoshop for a year or two, but the first time I tried to change the color of the car was about 2 weeks ago ...I did it a different way than I did this time, and it really didn't turn out too well
The way I do it is basically just to select the body of the car, paste the body onto a new layer, make it grayscale and use that as the base color, to add a new color, just copy the layer, fill it with the color you want (make sure to use preserve transparency) and change the layer type to Soft Light (you can use anything, but I like soft light the best ), add more color layers, get more interesting colors. You can also do some neat things with Image->Adjust->Selective Color
I can put up a real tutorial if you want, this just gives an overview. The most important part imho is playing around and seeing what works best.

Oh wow, I have to say Gatts, that's a really good job... the 3 cars look pretty much as though they hadn't been tampered with! Esp. the rims.
Miggs-- g/job too, but Gatts takes the trophy this time 'round. >:)

Silver's more difficult to create because it's not really a color. It's basically gray with reflections, and the reflections usually have color. To make the silver look realistic, you'd have color the reflections, and that would take some extra effort. :P The color of reflections on colored cars (I mean like red or blue, etc) are a lot less noticable.

Well could you put up a more detailed tutorial, cuz you lost me on the layers part, wasnt sure if you meant grayscale the original or the copy.

Greyscale the copy.
I did it basically the same way, only used a layer mask instead of the copy. Don't have a server or I'd post them, I sent them directly to eamonj25.

Here's a couple I just churned out this morning before running to work.
This one is kinda like Mitsubishi's Minden Silver Pearl...has the pearl coat look to it:

And this is more of just a standard silver:
