Tire fitment ya?

I'm sure there's been hundreds of these questions/threads but... funny... when I search I can't seen to find anything. Ok, so I'm having some fanboys put on my s14 with no coilovers, just s-techs and adj. shocks. The front will be 17x9+15 and rears 17x10+12. I'm wanting a good looking tire size that isn't monster truck and also not too mexi.... so somthing just right. Just a nice little stretch. Coilovers are in the near future as my magical 8 ball tells me so I also see some fender rolling later. I want somthing that'll fit decent for now. Please help. Thanks for reading.

I don't ever understand why these threads are made. People act like its fuckin rocket science to fit wheels on. I'll be willing to bet that every tire combo on a 8" to 10" wide wheel has already been done AND posted pictures of on an S-chassis
But to stay on topic you may need to roll your rear fenders depending on how low you are, tire size, camber setting, blah blah blah
If your on S-techs you probally dont need to roll since your not even that low

They're fitting and rolling before paint. I went with 17x8 + 25 front with 225/45/17 and 17x10 + 25 rear with 245/45/17. I don't give a flip about not being "on my nuts" just yet... it will be someday but i'll stick to not ripping my exhaust off by driving over a branch lying on the road just yet. Thanks for the opinions.

What in the world is it with the land of imports and tire stretching. Everybody wants to put narrow as hell tires on their wheels, when it defeats the purpose of wider wheels... If you're gonna put that narrow of a tire on a wheel just get a 7.5" or 8" wheel.

FWIW, 245/45 are about right for a 17x9 wheel, depending on the tire brand, as every manf. has lil nuances with the tires that affect the height of each specific tire. If you're gonna do it, do it right. 10" wheel in the back go with at least a 275/40, and a 245/45 in the front.
