I have a 1995 240 base model. its an auto with 180k on the chassis. I bought the car with a blown motor ( timing chain broke) and started to install a newer ka with about 115k miles. I pulled the old motor and dropped in the ka. I havent finished the install yet as i was planning on swapping to a 5sp. the new motor is in the car but is just sitting on the mounts.

The car is in real nice condition. 1 minor dented area and a couple small rust spots on the lower body.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, the auto tranny is still in the car, and all the items removed (radiator, exhaust, etc) will go with the car. All that needs to be done is joining the engine/trans, reinstall exhaust and rad/fans and plugging everything back in. The motor pictured is the motor i pulled out, see the valve cover? i pulled the valve cover off and the head looked in good shape minus a broken chain guide. Dont know about the block but that goes with the car also if wanted.
