You can buy a New or used JGS, or a used gladman. I don't think Gladman is making any manifolds still. You'll usually find one for sale at Ka-t.org. SSautochrome was selling a SOHC manifold for a bit, I don't think I have seen any around for like a couple months though.

^^^ Good place to start, but you'll realize that most people on Zilvia (including myself) have other ideas, so you may wanna take the advice of this guy as well:

ka-t.org will provide you with all the info you need.

You can boost your ka for under $1k.

Good luck.

i wouldnt race a turbo setup for under 1k, i might purposly try to crash the car with that on it because its just so cheap.

A good turbo setup, motor swap or not, thats remotely reliable is gonig to cost you around 4,000 with all said and done.

You can get away with it a little bit cheaper with the KA and have a little more response too

there are some guys on ka-t.org running 1k t25 setups on their ka's and are pushing 250k miles, with 50 or 100 of those miles being boosted

the key to making any ka-t setup work is tuning... first get your car compression and leakdown tested to make sure the numbers come out clean before you make boost (any problems you have with compression with na are magnified with a turbo lol)...then when you have the setup, make sure you have a wideband, and dyno tune it WELL... everyone's always up in arms over ka-t setups and how they all blow up because people punch someone else's numbers into their safc2 and expect it to work...take your time and do it right, and you can pull a 450rwhp daily driver off for less than the price of getting the same results from other engines

to the op... just buy a JGS SOHC manifold for 270 bucks and go at it with a little more research than you came in with

it aint cheap if you want it done right. even used, your gonna need a safc/wideband and that alone is around $400 even used. a jgs mani does not cost 270. they are more around the lines of $400 nib, but if you get those your going to need either their downpipe or custom make your own. if you want a gladman, he still makes em, just hit him up on vancouver240sx. if you arent registered, i can ask him for you, and send him your email sayin you want one made. he does them for $300 + shipping.

^^ thats ninjatune's ride, its petty BA. He's running a Gladman mani, but he lives in Canada where gladman is. Personally I'm running a JGS full setup w/ a AMS GT32, my motor being bored .040 over is more like a KA26ET though. :D

I using a jgs manifold i got for 200 shipped the only downfall is you have to weld it your self, Sr t25 turbo w/ oil lines and water lines for 160, intercooler and piping off ebay for 250, Greddy type S bov w/ flange 70, rx-7 high imp. 460cc injectors off ebay 70, spec clutch-200
I still need a wide band 300$, safc 200$, walboro fuel pump 100$
I have already spent around 950, so my running total will be around 1550$$$ not to shabby for a half way decent sohc-t

You're in G-Boro, and I am going to question whether you're in NC, and if so do you mean Greensboro or Goldsboro, and if Greensboro, how come I have never seen you?
What color is your car, maybe I have seen you around and didn't know who you were.

That sounds ridiculously healthy for a ka-t.(especially a sohc)

But jesus. Learn how to fucking tie cars down. His numbers were probably low. Did you see it shimmy on the decel? wtf dyno tech.
