Which headgasket to get?

I have a s13 sr20det blacktop with an E5 ecu and I don't know which head gasket to use from Cometic. They have a pretty long list to choose from and I don't know what exact year my motor is from so I was hoping you guys could help me out. What other things can I look for? What does the "int. holes" mean?
