bold on or welded???

my s13 makes some kind of noise and i found out that the radiator shifts when i brake... i was wondering???
the radiator core support, does it bold on or does it have to be welded on in order to replace? please help!!! i would like to know if i can do this work by myself.

i'm pretty sure it's welded, because for my s15 radiator core support to be on, the shop had to weld it on.
