KA Engine swapping

i dont have a engine right now, and i need to get KA engine put on and i need to do all those smog check and all the bullshit
can anyone recommend me a shop? with price

this guy was suppose to do my engine for 700 but hes trying to flake off
so if anyone could recommend me a shop in socal with price. i will appreciate it..
