Mid Mount Set up

so i was wanting to run a mid mount set up on my s14, i currently have a sr20det redtop

i was wondering if there would be any heatsoak problems i would run into? if so is there a way it can be fixed?

Maybe a bit considering it is right on the radiator.. Put the FMIC in front of the radiator support. The core you buy can have endtanks made at an angle to reduce the bends of the piping like in that pic. There was a shop advertising in the Philly area, they had pics up of the setup.. check it out, you might still be able to finds the pics for more inspiration.

heres mine, there is less piping now. i cut a bit off of the hot side and made it straighter for some less volume. im gonna be getting a 2.25 hotside made to try out. pipes are currently 2.75. all you need to cut is maybe a 4" square on the edge of the headlight buckets. intercooler is a spearco, mounter under the rad support with welded on tabs.
