Hey guys I did a little searching but didnt really come up with anything and my knowledge is very little in the area of which type of spark plugs to run. First of I have an S14 blacktop motor w/ all bolt-ons and s15 turbo. A buddy of mine has an rb26 and had a bunch of spark plugs laying around that he didnt need. They are ngk bcpr6ey plugs. With my search i have found that the heat range is the same if I am correct in that the number indicates that. But other then that im lost. I know I can buy different plugs but these were free and I just wanted to see if they would work? If there are any downsides to running these plugs let me know and I will just get others. Thanx and if they do work I know I will have to regap them so that isnt a problem. Cameron
those are step 6 plugs. they'll work fine if your gap them correctly. but i'd recommend using step 7 plugs instead. NGK BKR7E #6097. they're 1.89 at napa.

Ok by step 6 does that mean it is a heat range colder or stock or a heat range warmer? I have heard that it is recommended to run a heat range colder with the amount of mods on the car so I was just wondering if these were the right range. Also do you happen to know what I should gap them to. Thanx, Cameron

what kind of plugs are they? Depends on manufacturer.
NGK plugs rate the lower number as hotter, higher as colder. 7 is perfect for turbo apps. 6 will work, 5 is too hotfor racing apps imo.
Denso is the other way around iirc.
