Scammers Beware!

Zilvia.net was issued a search warrant today by a police department doing a criminal investigation on a member (now ex-member) and we were required to turn over a ton of information and records for their investigation.

Since the whole ordeal was not very fun, we are adopting a zero-tolerance policy against scammers and bad sellers, who do not fulfill their sales "contract". If a complaint is received against a seller we will temporarily suspend their account until the situation is resolved between both parties. In no way does this mean that Zilvia will be an arbitrator in a dispute, but instead we will disable the ability to potentially continue scamming members. If the problem between both parties is not resolved we will terminate accounts as needed.

In Australia we had a site called *forum scams* where people put all the information about members that were known scammers on the site.

It was very useful until bots flooded the pages with porn

cmcdougle just scammed me...He never sent some lights I bought from him and gave him plenty of time to email me the tracking number I was promised the day I bought them.He has logged on about every day yet ignores all of my pm's....What Can I do besides put a claim through paypal?

BUYERS BEWARE!!! RARETRICK is by far the worst company i've dealt with. I ordered something from them over 6 months ago and have attempted to contact them since then and still haven't received shit. I PM'd them about 6 weeks ago and they told me that they had the product available to ship out and asked me what the order information was, so i sent them my info and ever since then I haven't heard shit from them.

Shouldn't this have been instated long before this incident? I'm glad for Zilvia's For Sale section but if you're going to provide that kind of service shouldn't you at least moderate it somewhat? I see numerous rules broken every time I view the section...I just wonder how long this policy will hold up...

I sent the headlights, and provided tracking information to this buyer. He kept bugging me about it, even though UPS said they were delivered. If anything, this buyer is a scammer and was trying to get his money back.
