Okay instead of 2 different post I made one.

1st question, does anyone have or seen Memory Fab seats in a S chassie? I'm lovin the seats and I want to be sure of fitment before I rock them.

2nd Questions, are the Gullflames the same as the Axis Gravity wheel?

axis eats dick forever. they look similar cause they are a crappass knockoff company. the finish on those axis looks like trash, get the real deal or roll stock.

the thing is, they both close to price and they are both called Gravity. So, thats like selling Rota's for $2k? Not only are they knockin off the design, they are calling it the same, and charging the same? That's just balls!

Hahaha. Dude. Everyone is telling you they suck.

Last I checked someone wouldn't need a yes or no answer when they are told something sucks.

Memory Fab seats. What fitment? It all depends how big your ass is. Just get a side mount rail and you're good.

The rims. That's like asking if Rota D2's are the same as SSR sp1's...

If you don't understand still and need a clear cut answer...

NO.

FIA rating is worthless because i live in usa not in france

no american racing organization requires fia testing on anything, ever

read the books people

agreed. fia is worthless just more expensive,.....now that is irony

I have been to axis in person.

Junk.

Don't buy them, they belong on Civics and Kia's. We know you'd love to rock some GullFlames, but pay to play, you wont be fooling anyone with the knockoff's.

They dont list offsets on their site. All of their offsets in the WHOLE warehouse were trash. When I was asked what type of car would use a 18x9 +12 to +25, they laughed. When they asked about tire size, and their response was, "what are you some kind of idiot" in response to stretching, that is when I left.

18x9 +40 is the only offset

Yeah having a seat that meets stringent crash safety standards is pointless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :stupid:

do you know anything?

So you're saying all seats NOT fia approved are dangerous and dont belong in any car?

Seems to me its a moot point.

That seat looks like the one I got from SPL Parts when they were selling them. If it is the same, its a good seat, but you'll need a sub 34 waist to fit.

i think both SPL parts and Memory Fab buckets are based off of Recaro SPG shells. dont have the exact measurements but you get the point.

That looks like a buddy club to be exact.

COME ON.

It's a fucking seat.

Sit your ass in it and be done.

yeah, i'm not going from Volks to Axis.

I THOUGHT they were the same wheel. My point is Enjuku has them for $420, and the Axis are priced about the same. MY POINT: WHO IS GONNA BUY THEM?

TAKA Give me some SEATS!

Seats are all the same until you have to crash in one. I wouldn't want to be the one testing to see how well the memory fab seats hold up in an accident.

are you an idiot?

do you think stock seats in american cars are sent to europe for fia testing?

do you realise that fia will not allow any seat that isnt made of composite for testing?

this includes all reclinable seats and anything made out of aluminum

ie nascar seats

ie any stock seat

i could keep typing but there is no point. please go learn some more about aftermarket seats

cliffsnotes, a 1 piece bucket of even marginal quality is safer than some 15 year old steel foam coated pos s13 seat with a busted ass reclining mechanism.

probably, but you never know :) FIA cert is pretty cheap insurance.

cliffsnotes- buy from a really good company if your not getting some sort of cert, and then you dont have to worry. or just dont worry no matter what!!

The wheels are not the same.

I just checked Memory Fabs web site and they offer a FIA Certified seat. If I recall correctly the FIA certified seat is close to $930
