Those with Q45 MAFS and/or TB

where can I find an air filter adapter/air filter to fit the MAFS? Or will I need to fabricate one?

Also, with the throttle body, what modification needs to be done for it to fit on a Greddy manifold?

i think with the greddy manifold it fits right on thats what i heard, but on the adapter for the air filter, i havent found any, i tried for so long. i think it needs to be custom or something. but good luck
