1998 240sx RB25 Clean @$$ swap!

Time has come that I have to sell some of my toys. :bash: I have a clean titled 1998 Kouki SE, RB25 swapped. Asking $13,750 and I encourage you to come by and check it out. Oh, it made 267 to the wheels, 91 oct., 9 psi at dyno extremes last dyno day in like march or whenever. The car is also listed on ebay, just search for "240sx skyline powered" and you will see it.

-Swap was done by Syko motorsports, the wire harness under the hood looks OEM
-101xxx miles
-Body has a few door dings and stuff from the previous owner
-Everything works correctly (Gauges, windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof ect)
-Interior is clean as well

Mods:
-Rb25 stock swap, intake/ full RSR exaust
-1 peice drive shaft
-3 or 4 puck act clutch
-2-WAY ALARM!!!!! :rawk:
-Spearco FMIC
-Carbon Fiber front cooling panel
-Oil Cooler w/ fan and switch
-Vented hood
-Remote oil filter
-300zx brakes front and rear with working e-brake and drift release button mod. Front has been modded with the upgrade for 300zx's, car now has 12.5" VR4 rotors in front (car stops like you hit a brick wall)
-Hawk HP-S pads all the way around
-All stainless lines
-Dot 4 high temp brake fluid
-Tokico blues (non-adjustible)
-RSR springs
-Cobra R replica wheels 18x9 +20 all round
-255/40/18 Falken Azentis tires, 70% tread left
-freshly rebuilt VLSD
-Adjustible tension rods
-Koyo radiator
-Twin pusher fans
-Blitz boost controller
-Red LED backlit stock gauge cluster
-Oil and boost gauges in REAL carbon fiber cups on top of wheel
-Navan Rear spoiler
-bunch of other little stuff I can't think of.

About 10-12k. in the car, 'bout 70k total on motor. Car is located in Tustin Ranch. No drivability issues at all, temps are perfect. I even daily drove it for about two weeks in stop and go traffic through LA and it was all gravy!

He he he he now you know my secret! I am selling the car to help minimize my personal debt, and help with the amount of cash I have in hand. I am going after the pre-forcloser market as well as the quick-sell properties (dealing directly with the bank). I gotta start making the money now so that I can go after the big houses next year! My best friend is a loan officer/ underwriter and he will give me rates that are lower than the painted lines on the street, and a few of my other friends are forcloser and realestate garues. Come by, we will go for a drive, you buy my car, get the car up to temp, have the fans on, and you can see and feel the heat waves comming out. I can see my BOV from inside the car. Venting the hood lets the heat out. If you do it a half ass way with tiny little spacers and leave the weather stripping in, then it doesn't work.
