Hi guys, I have just got my t28 setup installed on my KA and I was wondering where is the correct places to run the vacuum lines for my boost guage, bov, and wastegate? I have a blitz DD bov and stock t28 wastegate. I have heard mixed opinions on this, but I was wondering where people have run their vacuum lines to.
Also, is it true that the MAF should be a certain distance away from the turbo for it to operate correctly?

*Boost gauge: tee off the line going to the fpr
**BOV: one of the TB vacume ports...cant remember which at the moment, not sure it matters.
***Wastegate: goes to a nipple on the charge pipe.
Some people have had issue with mounting the maf to close to the turbo, but in each of the instances i've seen, its been on much larger, higher flowing turbos than your t28....something about to much turbulance...i had mine about a ft back with no problems for 2 years.

Thanks, the charge pipe is the hotpipe right?

hot-pipe is one of the charge-pipes, but yeah, thats the one you wanna go to.

if you can I'd recommend tapping the compressor housing, and running the vac line for the wastegate actuator from there.

Hi guys, I just wanted to verify that I am thinking of the right FPR vacuum line.
Here is where it starts, sorry to sound dumb, but this is my fpr right?:

And here is where I was thinking of t-ing it off, is this a good location?:

yes thats it. and you can T it anywhere on that line but i would do it anywhere the T fitting fits and you can get access to it.

Could you put a vaccum block on the brake booster line and get everything from there? (JGS block)
