You know, it might make more sense to answer those questions in this thread instead of through PMs. I'm interested in hearing more info and I'm sure there are others too.

well let me see . I gave the fact that its a complete clip. I gave the mileage on it. Its a blacktop SR . The only thing I really did not say is why I am selling it. Its because I can. Its becuase I have my own personal reasons that have nothing to do with the clip itself. As far as where I got it from a large SoCal importer. If you are serious about buying it then you will respond to PM's or send me a email or PM. Otherwise I think you are browsing just to look. Which is fine by me . I like to weed out the serious buyer from the non serious.

What's up w/ the attitude. "Weed out the serious..." Dude... the clip costs less than 3000 and it's not like it's unobtainable. Give me a break. No need to get all pissy when people ask you questions.

I was interested in the reason your selling it and you've answered it. "Personal reasons". Thanks anyways.

no attitude just facts. Its business plain and simple. the clip price is excellent if not extremely reasonable. Its you who seem to be spouting the attitude. You also seem to prove my last point I made in that you really were not interested in buying it . You just wanted to know why I was selling it. You call my response pissy ? Buddy you need to learn a few things about business and life. It was not pissy at all.
There is nothing pissy about not wanting to waste my time with non serious inquires. The serious people will either email or PM me,or they will respond to me sending them a PM.
oh yeah and your statement about the clip costing less than $3000 and not being unobtainable where the hell did that come from? Its like duh. I want to sell it and I don't want to waste time on people that aren't commited , there is no attitude about that its about wanting to make the deal. Most people understand that, I am sorry you don't. Yes I will answer questions in a manner I see fit . You are the first person who seems to have an issue with this. Please if you have anything more to say to me commit it to a PM .

oh by the way I should mention this engine has a start and run guarantee on it. Also if you are in SoCal the shop can install it for a very good price . get back to me on the price of the install.

You spent more time defending yourself than it would have taken to simply say, "personal reasons." Besides that, if it was "business" you would know that people would rather do business with someone who doesn't come across "pissy."

Besides, the ones with the money will come. This board is too big for an item like that not to be noticed. It may take a couple weeks, but I don't know a lot of people that can drop 2k whenever they want.

RELAX!

Am I interested in purchasing a front clip? YES. Am I interested in buying it from you? NO. How serious am I? I'll send you pics of the car WITH a SR20DET within the year.
I've been talking to people about personally shipping an engine over but if the cost difference is only slight compared to the hassle, I'd rather just buy it here. That's why I was asking you questions. Not just for the fun of it.

Even if you are an ass in real life, at least try to front a lil when your trying to sell something. It'll get you alot further. Good luck with the engine.

Thanks for the response rolo

rolo stay out of this it has nothing to do with you.
gto before you start calling me an ass maybe you should think about your own attitude which came off rather insolent from the get go. I am not an ass in real life and I am not an ass online. you come off the way you do to me and that is how I am going to respond. ITs not pissy. but I will say you act like a punk kid which I would not be surprised if you are. I am glad your serious about getting a SR but with the way you came off to me I would not have want to sold it to you anyways. To many people out there that have business since to respect my wishes on this for me to deal with you.
have a nice and please keep your comments to PM's or I will have to report you to moderator,
I have not been out of line in this thread but you and rolo have .

closing this before it turns into a flame thread, seems very common when you post Dave...

relax Dave, keep your responses simple. It might help.
no need to respond with such long replies in depth in some sort of attempt to humiliate the other person.you do come off as kinda rude though (speaking from customer point of view)...

IF you want, post it again, try to be nicer (customers first).

the rest of you guys, stop getting nitpicky..

Shit, I don't need to be telling you all this......
