I just finished my swap and when i get to 5500 rpms it feels like it stops pulling almost if its having a hard time going faster? The whistle from the turbo is louder than normal as well, it sounds like the bov is leaking causing the noise but if there was a boost leak the car would bog before 5500, the car doesnt bog. I checked shaft play before install the turbo and it was good. Any ideas, the car stalls alot but only when coming to a stop and i dont think that has much to do with the current problem but idk. Any help is appreciated thanks.

I would suggest making a block-off plate for the BOV, or if its a stock style then getting a freezer plug to block the BOV off. (bottom line is, remove the bov, and completely seal the hole). also plug the vacuum line to the BOV.

then just take it for a drive. if the problem dissapears completely then its your BOV leaking under boost. try that first.

A stock SR's powerband usually loses power after 5500 Rpm...

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh:wiggle:

people should use the search button.

And search for what, if i knew the problem i wouldnt ask!

I know the powerband drops off around there but it feels as if the car just completely stop going, the rpms clime still but slow as hell. Would the boost leak start when i hit boost
