theres an imbalance somewhere, its either your tires or its your spacers. If it didn't do it before the spacer install, my money's on the spacers. What kind of spacers do you have?

its H&R wheel spacers its hubcentric too. wheel alignment is ok and the tires are new driven on a few miles. it didnt do that when i didnt put wheel spacers on.

Have you re-torque the spacer lugs after the first couple of miles or so? Also i would check to make sure there is no debris between the spacer and the hub. This has happened to me in the past with a burr from when i drilled my
q45 rotors. A small burr caused the rotor to not seat properly and caused my wheel to shake at certain speeds.
