Is this possible? I saw one at my local junkyard and got to thinking how awesome that would be... [its all aluminum btw].

No tape measure on hand so didnt get a chance to actually begin to answer my question, but got to drool a bit. I got cell phone pics to post eventually...

even if it fits, looks like a strange diff mounting. theres one big hole through the yoke where s13/14 would have the diff cover bolted [2 or 4 holes].

Too wide, too long, and not even remotely similar.

too much work, for not enough improvement.

ok, just thot to ask since I heard of s13 with s14/15 rear subframe swaps. those are only millimeters off tho IIRC... im sure it would be way lighter, but yeh, if you have to re-weld the frame mounts, etc., might be a bit extraneous.

S14/S15 are more like 15-20mm off. Z32 is about 45-50mm off. I believe the Z33 has an even wider track than that.

Not to mention Z33 rear end has some weird problem with suspension geometry when you lower it.
