it took me the better part of a whole year to find mine...

your best bet is to just rip it off at the wreckers or buy the whole front end. they can be had for as little for $100 which aint bad for the lip, they are over $224 canadian at the dealership.

if that guy selling the s14 front bumper will ship, ill sell my 89 lip spoiler for pretty cheap, its got some road rash from steep driveways but its nothing a little paint couldnt fix, no cracks or anything.  If someone wants to give me enough I'll go pull it off now and ship it out.

If any of you are still looking for the front lip for a s13 i have a NEW one that I took off as I was puting my veilside body kit on. Like I said NEW! No scratches or chips. If you want to see my S13 now check out these links.
