Anyone have Cingular? **Balleriffic Cingular 8525 Cell Phone/ PDA**

So here's the thing, my original plan was to end my family contract with verizon and get my own contract with Cingular. I wanted my own contract to manage my own minutes and pay for my own plan, and i also found this really cool phone a friend of mine was selling as well. I buy the phone from my buddy and So i ask my mom when our contract was going to end, and she tells me that she had just recently renewed our contract! wtf right. so now im stuck with verizon for another year and like 9 months and i have this cingular phone that i bought from my friend.... and obvioulsy, i have no more use for this phone. i mean i use the mp3 player and wifi internet at school, but really other than that i have no use. So now im selling it.

So here i have this Cingular 8525. the phone itself with no accessories i bought for 300 having been used for only a few of weeks. The phone itself on the cingular web site sells for 600$ with no contract. 450$ with two yea contract. and 400$ for 2year contract online price with mail in rebate.

Since having bought the phone, i have purchased and will include in the sale at no charge
-leather case holder (15$)
-2 GB! San Disk Micro memory card (40$)
-Memory card reader/writer (15$)
-USB data cable(10$)

Cell phone is in very good condition. Minimal scratches.

So i paid 300$ for the phone itself and have spent minimum of 80$ worth of accessories. Im looking to get at least 300$ shipped, or 285$ locally picked up.
