WTB top feed injectors-740cc

I got a friend that is looking to buy some topfeed 740cc injectors for his ka-t.
Let me know what you got.
He is shooting for 400rwhp so do you think he will need 740 or can he get by with some 650's?

650cc is fine a 4banger but I'm sure he is gonna endup wanting more power so he's gotta go bigger on fuel.:cj:
