i'm replacing my motor mounts on my 95 s14 with the Nismo mounts engine and trans. i already removed both nuts from the top left and right side on the motor mounts but i'm having trouble with the lower nuts mainly the driver side nut. Any help would be greatful on how to remove this one nut.

swivel socket with a 14mm long extension. with some angling and work, you should be able to get it out. remember to spray it with PB blaster or lube of some sort to break the rust out.

Yeah def use some PB Blaster and let it sit for a few minutes.
I had a lot of difficulty with mine as well and the nut ended up rounding off so I hate to break it free with a craftsman easy-out tool.

get the bottom bolt on the mount as close as possible to the hole. Then take some kind of long bar to hit the bolt on the mount. Hit the damn thing until it goes in.

If that doesnt work lift the left side of the engine up and have someone move the tranny to the right so it will even out and drop right in.

one of those two ways should work out for ya :)

How long of an extension would you need?
