I finally got a chance to work up a solution to the problem with horn wiring on S14's. My original plan was a complete mess and was not reliable.
For anyone that wants to swap out their steering wheel and have a functioning horn and cruise control check this out:

Wow, I didnt know it was going to be this much work to swap my steering wheel in my S14. My friend swaped it on the S13. No working horn though.
I am sure that this will come in handy when it comes time to do it. Thanks

Well, you can hack it and just drop the wheel in. No cruise, no horn and a dead air bag sitting in the passenger side of the dash <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
The S13 hub should have allowed for the horn to work without any problems. I talked to an S13 owner and he mentioned that the momo hub was specifically made for the S13 to allow the horn to work without any modifications.

Thanks for the compliments!

Out of curiosity, have any of you heard of "HKB Sports" under "Toei Co., LTD."? I have seen their boss kit for Nardi/momo steering wheels that are (apparently) meant for S13s, but am somewhat suspicious of it's quality/fitment.
anyone use them/it before, or even hear of these guys?
