Never run your harness like this. It is very unsafe. Make sure the angle does exceed 15 degrees perpendicular from the back of the seat.

4-22-07 updates.


My catch can hoses were getting too hot on Wednesday so I just relocated it to in front of the intake until I was able to do something about it. Then Thursday I see my BMC leaking from the heat of the manifold; another issue I needed resolve ASAP.

Here is the motor in the beginning of the day.

Finalized! It clears the manifold very well. I have access to all the bolts and hoses and clamps surround the area.

The hood does have some clearance issues. No aftermarket hood is perfect. if you want perfect, go OEM.



D-max hood tapping points. Please keep in mind that 90% of them are due to the strut bar. I had the same issue with the OEM hood at those points.

Nice cage! I like the cage a lot. Just needs a fmic filling up the gap in the bumper and its done. What turbo are you running?

I had a FMIC before but I replaced it with a mid-mount setup; shorter piping and I keep my front bumper reinforcement.

I have learned over the past few years that it is always best to save up and purchase great parts. It is working well, but I still need some fine tuning.

im not sure they would show up in a video like they would be in real life. i have those lights and they are BRIGHT. pictures dont do the justice

what are you doing with a KA in there haha.
nice build up, if i were you i wouldn't even get a kit,
just cut the bumper opening bigger, make some ducting for the mid mount.
keep drifting/tracking the car til you need repair/paintjob bad then get the kit.
keep up the good work and thanks for represent.

Anyone that thought ur motor was a 13 motor should have gone and shot themselves. Nice action shots, driving infront of Orido-san and Tsuchiya must have been sweet!

I already cut the hole in the bumper larger. I have yet to duct everything though, but it is on the to-do list. Why shouldn't I represent you? You have helped me out before and I know you are there for anything else I need.


Tsuchiya-san was not at the venue. My mind was on the track though. It was my first time drifting in 3rd gear which was a totally different experience.
