head light help(s13)

i have a problem with my s13 pop ups. The passenger side high beam does not work. After searching I think i found my solution to the problem but I am unsure of what column he his talking about.

he is talking about the steering column. theres a name for it i forgot. multi function switch or panel. some shit like that. hoped this helped you a bit
