the key cylinders on my car are worn out enough that any key that has the same relative shape, will be able to turn it

You can probably get a used cylinder from part outs on ebay, or if you want new,

a 5 year old could gnaw on a screwdriver and make it the same shape as an old ass worn out nissan key
aftermarket locks? fingerprint recognition?
if all else fails go find a 1995 mercury crown vic and steal the number pad off the side of the door and use it. lal
