I am selling my 1989 240sx with a CA18det swap, clean title, SMOG is taken care of (for life).

History
Clean Title, roughly 99.5k on the car. Carfax will confirm this, there was a clerical error quite a few years back, where they added a 1 in front of the the 2nd digit, however carfax suggests it was an error as all other readings are normal.

Engine
* Mileage: Approximately 60k on the motor.
* Type: CA18DET
* Displacement: 1800cc
* Induction: Intake Manifold by me, SAAB intercooler, T-bolt clamps, silicone couplers, K&N Filter.
* Motor Oil: Amsoil 20-50 high performance full synthetic, Bosch PREMIUM filter, 500 miles since last change, changed every 3000 miles.
* Maintenance: Headgasket was changed 2.5 months ago due to the coolant ports on the old gasket deteriorating. Felpro gasket was installed.
* Compression: Compression in the mid 170s on all cylinders.
* Breather: JAZ Catch can installed for breather, roughly 3 months old.
* Fan: Taurus electric fan with an electronic fan thermostat controller. (automatic on and off)

Fuel System
* Fuel Pump: Walbro 255lph (Phase2, 2 months old)

Oil/Water System
* Radiator: Stock
* Coolant lines: Simplified GREATLY from stock. Most hoses are new (some are leftover from a focus which had 6000 miles on it). Heatercore IS hooked up.

Electrical System
* Wiring: Everything is hooked up correctly, all connections that were done myself are professional, heatshrink tubing etc. All added pieces are FUSED properly.

Transmission
* Condition: No grinds, slightly notchy when cold.
* Fluid: Redline MT90, roughly 2k miles on it.
* Driveshaft: Driveshaft Shop Stainless Steel one piece driveshaft, 6 months old.

Body
* Condition: Paint is in good condition, roof is fading, normal for an older car.. Misc little dings, drivers side fender is dented.
* Color: Charcoal Grey, KG2

Chassis
* Suspension: JIC FLT-A2 coilovers, ~6k miles on them, EXCELLENT condition. Tein front tension rods, ~6k miles on them.
* Brakes: Rear discs/pads replaced, roughly 1500 miles on them. Rear caliper ebrake mechanism is broken (drivers side) so you cant use the ebrake or the caliper may get stuck (have to jiggle it to undo it).
* Wheels: Yokohama AVS Model 7, 7x7.5 et42, IMMACULATE
* Tires: Parada Spec 2, 215/40/17, 85% tread remaining.

Interior
* Sound: Sony Headunit, excellent condition, mp3, aux input. Speakers, Infinity 6.5" ALL AROUND! 2 months old, 180w.
* Seats: S14 Drivers seat, excellent condition.
* Steering wheel: Momo oldschool, in good condition, momo hub, momo horn button.
* Misc: Silvia drivers floormat, excellent condition. Interior overall is in superb shape, dash has 2 cracks however. Manual front seat belts.
* Guages: Autometer Pro-Comp: Tach, Oil pressure, Coolant Temperature. Greddy EGT gauge. All gauges were purchased new, I have been using them for about 2 months.

Spares
* Charge pipe for stock intake manifold.
* Idle valve, warm up valve, etc for stock intake manifold.
* Steelies with meh tires and hubcaps
* Stock suspension
* Stock tension rods

Asking Price: $4500


I will THROW IN a spare LONGBLOCK (in good condition) for the full purchase price, along with a few stock intake manifolds, a power steering pump, etc, many other parts.

i say keep it and save up money to get a bike...atleast you will never regret selling ur 240...

I have the gear/rpm memorized, say 45mph = 4th and 2500rpm
