They're kinda pissing me off, by sending me an unsent tracking number, not answering phone calls or emails

anyone ever dealt with em?
they are here: rev-industries (http://www.rev-industries.com) the page has been taking forever to load even with my DSL connection... phone number changed today yadda yadda

What did you order?  Hmmm, I could pay them a visit, Santa Ana is like 15 minutes away.....  and it's a bitch when you can't get ahold of them.

lol go by there and say your him.. say you drove all this way because they wouldn't answer the phone.. .  that would be funny...  act all pissed...  that will get them movin

i bought an Apex'i N1 universal
part of the problem is that i don't want to be too much of a dick, only to have them get pissed and take longer.

what got me is that i placed my order online, they charged my account 5 days later, the 5th of july, 212 or something including shipping... a pretty good price... 2 weeks later when i called them, they said "uh yeah that was a special order item, we had to send out for it"
*1 week later* "uh yeah, they came in but they were damaged*
*2 weeks later* "your tracing number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx it should be there the 12th, yeah, that's today"

my tracking number still just says "billing information recieved" nothing about shipping. I contacted ups regarding the message. *note* i was never contacted telling me that it was special order or damaged etc, and i know that they had my email addy, as i verified it with them each time i talked to them
