I'd like to know what it do ?

I don't know if mine is hooked up or not..

does it do something to my fuel system?

I know that my walbro 255lph is whinning sooo much. I'm out of the car and i can hear it from 2 car away, even when engine is at idle. It always did that since i bought it brand new. I have wired it directly to the battery with a relay on stock fuel pump wiring.

Another question since I'm talking about fuel system..

I have a bigger fuel line on "incoming" side, the return one is the stock size. Incoming one is a step bigger. Could it do something?

Thanks.

lol...damn this is an old thread but I got some info some people might find useful, since I bet no one here has wired in a FPCU into the S13 240SX :), I wish I could do this on my 240SX :(.

What it does is regulate the fuel flow during idle/cruise situation by limiting the voltage to the fuel pump, its nice that the S13 Silvia ECU has this option, you could run the larger Z32TT and Q45 fuel pump without teh noises usually encountered by running then a full voltage at idle and over running the stock FPR, you would need to wire in the FPCU from a Z32 or Q45 or J30, since the S13 Silvia ECU pin 105 is teh fuel pump control trigger it be a piece of cake to do this since the trigger exist in the JDM ECU but not the USDM ECU for the 240sx.
