I thought that the bumper lights were different. Aren't the smaller?

Not that I know of. The only thing I know that is different is the side bumper lights bulge out. The USDM lights are flush.

They are different. I have a JDM OEM bumper on my car, the bumper lights are amber and a inch shorter. Also has a "built in" license plate thing.
