Is there anyplace to turn in peple show have still not sent you parts you purchased?

I bought some parts about 3 or more monthes ago from someone and still nothing is there anything i can do here other then leave reputation points for the seller?

I am about to file a claim with paypal but is there a section i can post here or a moderator to get him banned or something untill he comes clean?

There's a reviews forum for private sellers, you can post in there but I'm sure no moderators will do anything without knowing first hand

Post your story there, be fair and objective, PM the user, file a claim with paypal if it should so happen to not be resolved... DO NOT present it as a huge grievance. The fact, here is that there is very little we can do when a regular (non-vendor/advertiser) member wrongs another. Dealings in the marketplace are simply personal transactions, banning the member would do LESS than it would honestly solve, seeing as having the user gone leaves you with 2 less means of contacting them, no?
I know it seems fucked up and members of a certain other forum are sitting back with their thumbs jammed up their self-righteous asses are calling this approach "protecting thieves," but the fact of the matter remains that there is little that can be done unless the individual is a paid advertiser, we do not, and do not have a real reason to actively communicate with them.
