240sx offset question

I have a '93 Nissan 240sx Fastback, standard(not SE). Yes, I've been wanting to get this car since forever. I wanna get those 15x7 Buddy Club P1 wheels, but I don't know much about wheels. Currently I have the stock hubcaps. I want to know what offset I should get and what tire size. I don't want a really tiny tire either, maybe as thick as my stock tire. If someone can explain this 205 and 215 tire size stuff, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
