Ok, I have been doing some reading on here and have found alot of valuable information but figured I would ask just verify. I have a redtop sr20det, I have just had the bottom end of my engine rebuilt and installed the walbro 255 fuel pump. I was wondering what is a safe amount of boost to run. Aside from the the fuel pump there are only minor mods such as exhaust, down pipe and front mount intercooler. I am not looking to make a huge amount of power but a resonable amount, idealing 265 if possible. Which leads me to my next question, what mods will help me uptain the goal of 265 hp?

get a bigger turbo i.e. S15 T28 or GT2871r
safe boost for stock t25 would be anywhere up to 14psi iirc

Go with the hybrid dynamics tune, an s15 turbo and some injectors and call it a day. You will be money for 265. You are looking at 1200 if you shop accordingly...

12 is safer for a t25. 14 is asking to blow an oil seal in less than 1 year. t28 14psi is ok, but definately need a t28 to get 265.

Ok cool, thanks for the advice. Just wanted to make sure it was safe to turn the boost up eventhough i have not upgraded my injectors.

Well you crank the boost up, you still need a way to add more fuel since youre pushing more air. Either a SAFC or an adjustable FPR to add extra fuel. I know a guy personally hit 261 to the wheels with a stock T25, then again he had almost everybolt on I can think of on a Power FC tuned.
