The phone isn't actually for sale. I'm looking to have someone take over my contract. Here's the deal. I'll give the sidekick away free (with a car charger, clear plastic case, and leather case) if you take over my contract. My contract ends June 28th, 2008. Let me know if you're interested! Thanks!

so pretty much someone will make your payment for you? or will the phone bill actually be in their name?

The phone will be transfered into their name. From that point on they can change the number do whatever to the account. Basically here is what will happen. I call into tmobile and let them know that I will be transferring accounts into someone elses name. The other person will then have to call in, give their SSN and other info. Have their credit run, then assuming all clears, the account will get transferred into the new owners name and I give them the phone.
