Nismo Thermostat install question

I bought a nismo thermostat today - it doesn't have a rubber gasket like the factory ones. Am I just supposed to go a little heavy on the RTV liquid gasket sealant?

Stick it in and put rtv on the cover...done...

use RTV to seal... not apply like when you slap on the condom when you walk down the alley ways in down town........

make it clean and leave it clean.... then you wont have any "hiccups" :keke:

make sure you put it on the right way and the UP pointing up.

Okay, just want to make sure thats all I need to use, right now I have a stock thermostat in there with no gasket and I have a small drip when the car is running. I just need to be smarter applying the sealant I suppose.
