See i have a feeling the konigs will look great because you can still see the rotor and caliper behind them.. so they wont look like steel oem wheels with no hubs <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
but im gonna have to shell out alot.... so im kinda wanting to see what its gonna look like before i order them..... its not like I can try them on LOL
Some wheel shops in Japan actually have these cool little stands that they let you prop up wheels next to your car so you can see how they look! Must be nice...
Honestly, if you are going to spend a lot of money on wheels, I don't see why you would get Konigs. Save up a few hundred more bucks and get some Buddy Clubs or some other more performance oriented wheel that IMO looks much better than the Glides, especially if you don't have a lot of motor. If you have turbo and a lot of HP, wheel weight won't be as noticeable, but on a near-stock motor, heavy 17's will make ur car feel like a dog...

Yea i know what ur sayin..... I don't really like Buddy Clubs.... I was thinking OZ Superluggera's? I dont know about the weight but I know OZ is better than KOnig
Actually i should go back in super street they had a rim buyers guide with weight and size....

Superlegs are really freaking light... I don't think they make a black/dark grey though.

Grey was the ONLY color available for the first year they were out. 17's are 15.X lbs each. Pretty light. My friend's got them on a black Golf and they look tight.
I really like them on the S14. It's the wheel I would have gotten for a black S14 or a silver FD.

Are you guys getting any of these rims mentioned with an offset? I know I wish i had gotten some offset rims to make the rims flush to the car.

All wheels have an offset even if the value is zero. Stock is +40mm, so "flusher" means going lower(numerically) or with a wider wheel (or both). Check the search there are plenty of links and threads on this topic.

Maybe I didn't clarify.....Will anyone be getting an offset in the low thirties?
Fresh 240SX

Maybe if you explain to me what the offset is all about...
Im wanting the Konig Glides... Enkei RS6 or OZ Superluggera

I don't know if you want my explination of an offset. Everything i explain is in lame man's terms but here it goes anyways....offset when your wheels come out more and they use numbers to know how far out. I think the unit of measurement goes by millimeters.
And like 240 2NR said....the lower the number the "flusher" it looks.

Depending on the width of the wheel, positive low 30 offset will put you pretty flush on an S13. You may need a little lower for S14, but I'm not sure. This is for a typical 7-8" wheel setup.
I'm going to be running 16x9 +25, 17x10 +15 on my S13, but my fenders will be flared to accomodate.

K so what i want is 17X7 +30?
Gottcha... i think

Here's an easy way to calculate who much "flusher" a wheel will be. For more info, please search.
Divide wheel width gain by 2
Convert to mm
Subtract the new offset from the stock offset
Add the gained wheel width and the change in offset
This gives you the distance the wheel will be further out than before.
Stock S13 alloys: 15x6 +40mm
Example wheel: 16x7 +35mm
So 7" - 6" = 1" gained
1" / 2= 1/2"
1/2" --> 12.7mm
+40mm - (+35mm) = 5mm
12.7mm + 5mm = 17.7mm gained or .7"
Had the offset remained the same the only gain is the 1/2" in wheel width.
