**Ok i am possibly getting rid of my motor and tranny soon and i wanted to see how much i could get for the set. I also have a spare higher mileage KA24DE which is for sale right now!! preferred local Pick up in VA. Shoot me an offer!!!
Motor specs:
1997 KA24DE aprox. 70k miles
- includes all accessories: Alternator, P.Steering, etc...(most of these parts are still under warranty from major parts suppliers)
- aluminum UD pulley and all accessory belts.
- Injen Intake.
- NISMO engine/tranny mounts
- NGK plugs/wires
- hotshot 4-2-1 full length header (comes with a fitting in place of the secondary O2 sensor)
- motor has new thermostat, but i will include a NISMO thermostat as well.
** I've only had this motor in my car for a few months, it runs VERY strong. It was out of my friend's 97 240, who decided to go with an SR20DET. So all mantenance parts were installed in that time period including clutch, plugs, wires etc...**
Transmision:
- Fidanza Lightened flywheel (recently turned when installing)
- New SPEC 6 puck sprung hub clutch with new T/O bearing.
Extras:
-I have a spare set of 1994 KA24DE Camshafts in good shape as well.
-i also have front and rear main seals for the motor new in plastic, along with a new timing chain tensioner.
---- I also have a spare KA24DE with aprox 180k on it. Ran well for its miles but could def use a freshening up :) Had an Idle prob, always cut off when i put in the clutch...prob just a bad IAC valve(cheap fix). Local p/u preferred. This will come with factory clutch and F.wheel, and all accessories.
* The "spare" KA24DE motor is def for sale RIGHT NOW! It does not include plug wires and Distributor, but these can be sourced for very cheap form any junk yard.
