ok, so my brother went out to our house in marin county and found the back door to our garage kicked in.
anyway, they took an estimated $1000 atleast in tools, a SAFC, a Alpine head unit (forget which one... one of the top models tho) a radio and a few other things.
anyway, just let me know if you hear about it...
the tools were in a red craftsman chest with a "huntsmanag" decal on the side. there was also another set of tools in a smaller carry-all with 2 locks on it (also craftsman)
located in the 415 west marin area.
thanks,
Galen

Haha, in the cuts...
you know..... some one must of known it was there...
becareful to who you sell stuff too. or maybe it was one of the homies or the homies homies.
how else would they have known there was tools and toys. to go exactly for it. and know no one was home to grab it.
if it were me i wouldnt dare walk in a house unless i saw sumthin worth grabing.
they must of saw you workin on your car and say wow nice i wonder if i can catch the car at home while hes gone.
thats y nothing else is missing.
change that door. make shure he doesnt have a new way of getting in.
like a garage door opener a key laying around or spare to your rides.
and also talk to your neibors be nice to them and see if they saw any cars roll by or any things...
sorry for your lost. i bet your so mad. tools are like tressure, i hate it when ppl needa juss borrow them..

the hard thing is that we dont live at that house. my parents are haveing it "redone" becouse the tenants we had messed it up so much.
im thinking that it was either the hard wood flooring guy or another worker who was there. i know that it wasnt someone who was into cars becouse there is alot more valuable parts than a SAFC and a head unit in the garage. they only took electronics and tools.
anyway insurance will pay for most of it but it still blows b/c now we have to go out and buy all new tool, some of which are hard to find tools. my dad used to rece and he had some pretty nifty/odd hard to find things.

this is also at a very inconvient time, my bro is in the middle of swapping Miata engines and now dosnt have a car of his own to drive.

Could it have been the previous tenants? And go knock on that F-in hardwood guys door. Find them bastards and whatever tools they still have, shove em up their ass

hey, so i kno that this is unrelated to my o.g. post but im getting white smoke out of my exhaust and h20/coolent sputtering out too. i just did a compression test and got 160 on all 4. also i just replaced the HG.
any significant things to look for to diognose the problem?
i searched and found that it may be the turbo seals...?
BTW it is a redtop sr w/ t25
just thought i would throw that out there for any random help w/o starting a new thread.
thanks, and sorry for the randomness, but i figured that i started the thread so it would be ok.
