The Greddy and HKS are really expensive but are they worth it?  I have heard some bad stuff about Autometer but don't know if it is true or not.  I figure since they are a pretty big company they have to be doing something right.

Autometer straight up blows, in my opinion. they are sorry excuses for "gauges".

A'PEXi/HKS/Blitz/GReddy gauges, are as good as you can get. i have heard a lot of good things about the GReddy A/F gauge. i say go for the GReddy.

just to add some more flavors, I don't think you can go wrong with either Pivot or Defi gauges, either. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> There was this one other gauge maker who supposedly make the gauge of all gauges, but charge accordingly too... I forget what they were called.

wow. &nbsp;that was a really retarded statement. &nbsp;don't go around spewing "knowledge" like that. &nbsp;first off, just because something comes from JDM-land and costs $200 a gauge, does NOT make it better. &nbsp;and second, if autometer is so damn crappy, how come ALL the race cars i see at ALL the tracks i've been to are using them? &nbsp;yes, Autometer gauges (especially boost) sometimes need to be adjusted. &nbsp;but they are accurate and responsive, and they don't break the bank.

i could get all the rest of the gauges i want (oil pressure, EGT, and A/F) for the price of 1.5 of those Defi gauges. &nbsp;true, they are nice, but is it worth the extra cost?

Autometer or VDO.

I would like to say NONE of the A/F guage gives you a really accurate reads out. First of all, I really thinks autometer's A/F guage doesn't work good, but not all guages from autometer sucks. If you really want to get some good reading of your A/F ratio, you should get the SARD A/F analyizer. They are the best and most accurate system that I have seen til now. But if you don't want to spend that much and you would like to use the stock sensor, I guess, digital read-out monitor will be better than guages. In my opinion, I will go to Ormino ( not sure about the spelling.).

Im a big fan of VDO. &nbsp;its not too exspensive, and i have no complaints about them. &nbsp;they're used in the M3 GTR, so i think they're far from bad.

"Omori" ... that's it. Those are the guys that I've heard very good things about, but can't personally vouch for. In fact, I can't vouch for anyone... but looks-wise (which is a v. subjective and not necessarily telling factor), I think Omori, VDO, Defi and Pivot look good.
Yes well. bye now.v

edit: reading my last post, I'm not sure if "omori" were the gauge of all gauges -- that may have in fact been Defi that I was refering to as a really good gauge.
