Wheel/Tire Fitment Help!

Hello guys, I apologize in advance if this kind of thread was already started... but I cannot seem to find it. Sorry.

Ok here is my question.

I have 17x9 +15mm and 17x10 +12mm wheels.
Whats a good tire size to go on the 17x9 +15mm? (I have on right now, 225/45/17) I got some minor stretch...

Whats a good tire size to go on the 17x10 +12mm? (I have on right now 235/45/17) I got some major stretch...

I want to a tiny or no stretch at all... :bigok:

I have an S13 btw...

I dont have the most experience, but I would say for the 17x9 run a 245 and a 265 width on the 17x10 for a vertical/slightly bulged sidewall...probably a 245/40 and 265/40(?)

like i said, I dont have a lot of experience, but a 235/40 on the front and a 255/40(?) on the rear should give you a mild stretch

the only issue is i know the 245/40 front and a 265/40(?) rear is a common tire shop recommendation for 9s and 10s in s14's in the tampa bay area

1. This is not a tech thread.

2. This could have been answered by look at the wheel fitment threads or by using the website of any tire manufacturer, or google, or even tirerack.com to see what size tire is recommended for what size wheel width.

3. Fitment depends on ride height, camber, and fender modificiation. Any fitment question without mentioning those 3 things is worthless.

I'm running 225/40 and 245/40 on a set of 18x9 & 18x10.
Not a bad stretch, fits well with my car being pretty low.

if it wasn't for the janky zenki lip, i'd slam it some more...
i'll probably do that once i get some different front bumper...
