if i got ripped off what should i do? i sent this guy payment for a p.s. pump about 2.5 months ago and he has yet to send it. first he said that he forgot and now he is not responding to any of my emails or PM's. i sent the payment through paypal so it is documented.

If you think it is a serious problem, then contact his local law enforcement.
