those are wires off of your power harness.

Are you using the one that came with the motorset or the one that is on your car....

is your car an s14? or s13?

Compatability can be a little dicey (not bad at all not make it out like that).

If thats the JDM power harness Im not really sure off the top.

If its the USDM or Canadian power harness off your old KA then just grab a chiltons manual. if i get back on later ill check my nots

cheers

ps. if you use a volte meter with power on to the harness and key in on this can help narrow it down if your flying blind, i wired an s14 with an s13 motor this way 4 years ago...man i just realized that

it's not that zilvia sucks, but there's a reason s14 diagrams are hard to find. i've done this wiring /w working ac and all on many occassions, but i can't tell you how to do it, cause that's how i make money....... ;/

shoot me a private message and i'll see about shining a little light for you. GL =]

well guys i went to a members house that about 1 hour away and with his help i saw how his s14 sr is wired. those plugs are the speed sensor, neutral sensor, alternator power, ground and ignition and i already forgot another one. i ended up buying a shell that didnt have an engine. so i have to use s14sr everything. so what ill do instead of using those plugs ill just splice directly into the proper chassis wire.

^ hey, that's my hand writing :)

mr_240sx, the color is exactly the same as S13 Sr20det wiring harness.
so you bought an s13 without an engine and harness? go to the junk yard and cut the gray and brown harness off. You need that to wire up the s14 sr harness. You also need to cut the cluster harness plug too. (SOHC and DOHC) are both different, get the right one for your car's year.

What you do to the s14 harnes is cut the wires from the F3 plug (the blue/white plug that is next to the ECU. The 6 or so wires you cut will need to be pulled through the harness and ran towards the battery (front/right fender) area. This is where you solder those two Gray and Brown harness plugs.

The red and red/black will need to be extended to that same fender area.

ALL colors match up btw.

ok tks a bunch guys..... ill get soldering tonight.... what i will do is solder directly without plugs as there are no junkyards locally with 240's. also im not running the stock cluster so im not worried about that.
