more front brake problems. WTF?!

so i have brand new everything in the front brake system. new lines, calipers, pads, and rotors because they binded up real bad one time and screwed up.....and now even with all the new stuff it started doing it again. i lubbed the pins in the calipers and everything is in correctly but the brakes just stay locked up. today i had the car in my neighborhood on a flat road in neutral with the e-brake down and i couldnt even push it because of the brakes. i dont know what to do now. any suggestions would be awesome.

If everything is correct, like you stated the brake booster has an adjusting rod 8mm or 7mm I forget and needle nose. Look into for more info this might fix your problem

someone said check the rotor height. could this be true? if so how would i know the correct height it needed to be?
