and yes I tried fitting the cage in my s13 and it was close, I THINK the steering wheel is a 330mm

Can you please measure the wheel? You can use this tool to convert inches to millimeters if needed: http://www.onlineconversion.com/length_common.htm . If the total diameter is 13" (330mm), I'll take it.
