need mechanic shop asap

so i have three broken off exhaust manifold bolts in the block, and i need to get my car smogged and it wont pass with the leaks. i need a good shop that can do this for a good price. any recommendations would be appreciated. and not that it matters, i have a 240, my name is old and gay. :love:
