aight... let's stasrt a new zilvia.net trend and come up with a *proper* name for those increasingly-popular "euro" aftermarket tallights which we understand are not so "euro" after all. Any taillight that's not just clear but comes with red too, but also is not a direct copy of the original toyota Altezza's taillights, should be called..........____!  (fill in the blank)

Should be called altezza's, it is the car that inspired the trend and nobody gets confused over what your talking about. I allready explained in the other thread why they should'nt be called "euro".

ACTUALLY, they should be called RX300/Harrier lights. If I'm not mistaken, the RX300 (is that the model name...?) aka harrier (Lexus SUV) came out with those lights before the Altezza/IS200/IS300 was released. &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'>

The IS300 were the first to come out with the chrome/red circle tail lights. &nbsp; Although, the RX300 came out earlier (with the red and orange tail lights), it wasn't &nbsp;until after the IS300 came out and Lexus stuck the altezza lights on the RX300. &nbsp;

Anyhow, the style are altezza's, not euros..

"altezzas" are the gay chrome/red lights. honestly, i think they look good on the IS300/RX300/Ford Lightning, or anything esle that comes with them stock, but those style of lights on a car that did not come like that from the factory...very, very gay.

"euros" are red/white tail lights, as seen on many modded BMWs and European car. the lenses are red with a white blinker lens. i love thsese tail lights, mainly because i HATE amber bulbs/lenses.
