$4,100? Steep IMHO. On the bright side, VERY clean.

LOL My car has 50k less miles and I paid $2000 less than that.
Unless an S13 is a rare car in your area, I would advise to keep shopping.

My car had half the miles, is 5 years newer, and cost 1000 less
Forget that!

now thats very tempting... I would offer 3.2k to be nice, 2850 for what its worth.
seems to be extremely clean thus is why I give it a bit more than the 2500 some would offer

anything over $4k I would rather get a S14.
95 is what I would pick and try to find one with no sunroof.
once you drive a s14 you'll know why it's much better chasis.

if youve been looking for a 240 for a long time, then get it, talk him down some, if u cant, then oh well then ,still buy it, i live in south florida, it took me 6 months of looking at 3 forums, craigslist, autotrader, ebay, and the newspaper EVERY DAY to find the an s13 coupe after i lost my s14, i paid $2965, and people down here still said i paid way too much. There getting harder and harder to find man, i say get it while u still can. The one your looking at looks real pristine and clean, if u have the money and u still cant talk him down much, i say spring for it still. Good luck.

$2500 at MOST!

For sure no more than $3k... High mileage... Although it says freeway/well taken care of, a lot of people bs... It is clean, but $4k is way to steep IMHO... Keep looking, or talking him down to $3k or less (although I feel this is still too much for one)...

funny, everytime i drive an s14.. i am reminded as to why i like the s13 so much.
seating position does it for me. although i'll agree that chassis stiffness and stability was improved, i still prefer look & feel of a hatch.

try to offer within 2k-3k.
i do like the chassis though. no sunroof, haha.
the only thing i don't like is the engine mileage, but everything else looks good in the pics.

its a bit too much i say. looks just like mine when i first bought mine but had 40k miles on it, leather interior and a sunroof. i paid the same price off of an old dude who lived out in the country by me. lower it down a bit more.

yeah it is clean but you can do better. i dont think id pay anything over $2500 for a s13, unless mileage is pretty low.

i have to say cars in oregon are ridiculous...they're like the dealer prices down here in socal...pretty bad. the car does look really good, but like everyone said 4100 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much. it is after all a 16 year old car with quite a few miles. mine had a little more than that when i bought it (like 8 more) but i bought it for almost 3k less. i say offer 3k cash. that sounds reasonable. if you really want/need a car right now i say try to get this one because it looks good. if not you can wait it out. like a few others out there i waited about 4-5 months before i got mine. i passed up like 2-3 when getting my coupe.

well, im pretty sure we can get him to at least 3k, but im not gonna pay anymore than $3500, i agree $4100 is to expensive, most coupes below 2k have fucked up bodys or engine, or maybe even no motor
buy it, full price, it's totally worth it dude
now stop making these fucking threads

I dare you to find me a coupe with NO ENGINE for 2,000. Thats ridiculous and I think you knew that when you were typing it. I got a spotless s14 with 50k less miles for about half of what he'd pay for that car

... i didnt say cars 2k dont come with an engine.... i said BELOW 2k... there is this car for sale in portland with no motor, shitty body, for $1200. another car a while back on Craigslist for $900 with quarter panel and door damage, pretty bad...

You love posting craigslist ads on zilvia.
my advice is go see the car, drive it, and make up your mind. Sorry if like 23 other people have said this already, I've neglected reading the rest of the thread.
Here I'm going to restate the original plan: go see the car, drive it, and make up your mind. oh wait check it out step four!: If need be take the car to a mechanic and get it checked out for normal problems that the 240sx faces.
"But how do I know what pro.."NO. Stop at look at your computer screen. File>New window. Open up a google page and look throught the KA faq thread in the tech forum and search for normal problems. You're 16, not 11. I know you can do this.

way too expensive for that many miles. mine had 167k on it when i bought it, and it was 1500.
