8/6 spring rate, so they are pretty reasonable on the street. These have never been tracked.

miles? blown?

like I said....this was driven local (no highway miles) for about a year. Not many miles cause my motor blew up, so it has just been sitting in the garage. The suspension is perfect, not blown. If I had to guess I would say 3k miles at the most.

yes they do have the cmber plates, and i dont want to un install them til there sold, not trying to be a dick but i dont want to have my car on jackstands in my driveway to absoloutly neccesary. and yes i had them for 2 years because the car only drove on them for 1 year and it has sat in my garage since last march.( i have another car that took presedence)
