nobody will look at this thead now.

damnit.. screwed myself..

well.. I think I have injector problems cuz #1 seemed to be wet on the outside after driving a short distance and #2 on the exhaust manifold was dripping and smoking blue..

here are some pics.

this is #1 wet.. you can see it glossy. Bad o-ring? clogged injector?

If you need injectors, I have an extra set of 270cc's lying around from a SOHC. You can have em, see if they fix your problem.

I'm in Davis most of the time, but I'll be home tomorrow for a little bit in the afternoon... You can pick them up if you need to.

Not sure if you guys caught this or I'm missing something here... but SOHC injectors are top feed & won't bolt onto neme's setup for testing unless you do some crazy rigging...

wtf, the damn valve cover's leaking oil on the exhaust manifold....and probably on the other side onto the fuel rail...why would an injector problem have ANYTHING to do with oil leaking from the valve cover gasket onto the exhaust manifold on the opposite side of the head from the fuel rail.......ooOOOO BUKAKE!! @@

If your exaust manifold is wet make sure its not fuel, if its fuel its probably the o-ring on the tip of the injector flooding the cylinder, just remove the rail and check it real quick.

Fuel smells but should evaporate completely within a few days. Oil would leave a residue.

I would reseal the valve cover gasket and the exahaust manifold gasket just to be safe.
